Parfait with Healthy Banana Bread

This is a great healthy party snack or afternoon treat for the kiddies. My friend Liv invited us over for a girly catch up and gave me the inspo.

It was soooo delish and easy peasy to make too.

I use blu spoon Greek yogurt, they are located in Bay Street, Port Melbourne – well worth the drive. They use an authentic, strained method which therefore means it is the healthiest form of Greek yogurt. Be careful when choosing Greek yogurt. When it says “Greek-style yogurt” it is not real Greek yogurt.

I also use Pomlife pomegranates as they are packed with antioxidants. They sell them in punnets so you don’t have to do all the hard work to get them out. Most Woolworths supermarkets have them or you can buy them online here

Ingredients

Healthy banana bread
Greek yogurt
Punnet PomLife pomegranates
Punnet berries
Punnet strawberries
Handful walnuts (chopped)



Process

Step 1 Cut the banana bread into cubes. 

Step 2 Layer with Greek yogurt. Then banana bread, pomegranates and berries.

Step 3 Start the process again to create a second layer. 

Step 4 Sprinkle a few walnuts on top – or you can use any nuts.
